The University of Utah has access to contracts through the State of Utah Division of Purchasing which have been bid/negotiated previously on behalf of state entities. These are considered a primary tool for university departments to receive the best pricing, quality, and value. Departments are encouraged to use these contracts when making procurement decisions.
