SAP Concur is the University’s comprehensive platform for managing all aspects of your Procurement Card (PCard) activities. The PCard portion of Concur, referred to as Concur PCard, serves as the central hub.

In SAP Concur you can:

  • Request new PCards or updates to existing cards.
  • Review and allocate transactions.
  • Access and store documentation for PCard purchases.

Requesting Changes

Please follow the guide to request a change to your PCard.

Changes Include:

  • 🔓Unblocking MCC codes (override) — e.g., parking, Uber, shuttles, event space, vehicle maintenance
  • 📈Increases
  • 📝Name changes
  • 🛑Cancel or suspend card
