Once you have completed cardholder training, the time to obtain a PCard takes about 5-7 business days (from start to finish).

Approver Approves Application

New cards are routed to HR Supervisor (or their delegate) for approval

Complete PCard Training

After you apply for the card, you will be assigned the PCard training in Bridge (campus) or Cornerstone (Hospital)

Receive/Activate PCard

  • Training will be verified before the card will be made available to the cardholder
  • Users will specify delivery preference
